You may have noticed shopping in your local Target that they have a Starbucks located within the store, but they have unique customer service policies, unlike the stand-alone stores. One of these special policies is offering free refills for customers shopping around Target.
The policy is applicable for drinks, including hot coffee, iced coffee, and ice tea. All you have to do is be a registered member of the Starbucks reward program and pre-order your drink using the app.
As you enjoy shopping for all your essentials and you’ve finished your drink, save your cup, then simply go back to the Starbucks and request a refill that should be for free. There are some easy rules to remember for your second order must be the same size as the first (not too ideal for hot coffee or iced drinks with smaller cups). Scan your Starbucks rewards card for the second order, and you’re good to go.
You can also enjoy this hack without a Starbucks rewards membership, but it could cost 50 cents per refill.
